NEW HAVEN, CT–(MARKET WIRE)–Apr 16, 2009 — American Green Group, Inc. (Other OTC: AMNE) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Eco-Built Systems LLC, has signed an LOI to acquire Ecosafe Premium Foam®.
Until now it has been nearly impossible to inject foam insulation into an existing structure such as a home or a business. With the Ecosafe innovative injection process this can be done quickly and economically and without the noxious fumes present in other products.
Installation can be done either from the outside or from inside the building whichever is more convenient for the owner and contractor. It can be used in all types of new and existing structures including brick, block, and traditional siding. It even works in conjunction with fiberglass insulation by providing additional “R” Value and a total air seal of the cavity.
