This year marks the 62nd anniversary of the Championships, which will take place on Saturday, June 13 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. The MMTA’s Safety Management Council developed the awards in 1947 to highlight and celebrate the skills of Maryland’s finest truck drivers. MMTA is a nonprofit member driven trade organization that has been serving Maryland’s commercial trucking industry since 1935.
