Freshstart Properties is a real estate Company engaged in the purchase of foreclosures, abandoned homes, bank-owned, neglected and financially troubled properties. The Company purchases properties at discounted rates, develops them and sells at profits when the real estate markets firms up. The Company also leases out these properties for rental income to supplement their income and waits for the right time to sell these properties. The principles have been engaged in this business for the past ten years with strong presence in the Pacific northwestern part of United States.
